Once you decide on a prospective tenant, we’ll begin the relevant checks to ensure that you’re making an informed decision. This includes everything from affordability and credit checks, to employee and past landlord references. Once an offer has been made, we then draw up a tenancy agreement and get a deposit registered with the DPS. Once the tenant has moved in they will contact you for any further support.

£45+ VAT – pay a monthly fixed fee for ongoing rent collection services

This option includes everything in the introductory fee, and if you’re looking for ongoing support this could be a more convenient option. It simply means we will arrange monthly rent payments for you and deduct the necessary fees before handing over the remaining payment. After the tenant has moved in, they will need to contact you directly for any future issues. Many of our clients appreciate having professional representation and convenience of having someone else be their point of contact.

£69+ VAT – pay a monthly fixed fee for a fully managed tenancy service

This option includes everything that you would get with the introductory fee, including the handling of monthly rent payments, but with the added benefit of a fully managed tenancy service. This simply means we will be on call 24 hours, 7 days a week if your tenant has any problems or queries. Whether they are looking to fix a damaged tap or a broken boiler, we will be able to provide support and contact the relevant companies to get the problem solved on your behalf.

When you instruct us to let your property, we will arrange a suitable time for a professional photographer to visit you. We can take unlimited photos until you decide which ones you want to include in your listing. We will also approve all descriptions the property with you before listing it on Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.
