When you instruct us to sell your home, you can choose from three low-cost fixed fees. We understand that one size doesn’t always fit all, and that each property is unique, so we’ll make sure you’re happy with an option that suits yours needs.

3. Prepare your property for listing

Once you’ve instructed us, we’ll arrange a convenient time for a professional photographer to visit your property. You can choose from an unlimited number of photos and we’ll also create a professional floor plan of your home. EPCs are also available upon request. Once you’ve approved all photos and descriptions, we’ll list your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location.

When your property goes live, you have the option to upgrade to premium listing. Once prospective buyers begin enquiring we’ll arrange all viewing times around your schedule, as well as ensuring feedback is given the next working day.

5. Acceptance to completion

When offers are made on your property, we’ll ensure we negotiate the best price possible for you. Once an offer has been accepted, we’ll progress your sale all the way through to completion and exchange of keys. This includes sending out a sales memo to all parties, including solicitors. We also offer support 7 days a week if you need additional advice during this time
